Sydney Track Classic 2010
At what is the best athletics meet that Sydney can offer our club was represented in 1500m and 400m hurdles races. Jeremy Roff finished 5th in very classy 1500m field in Commonwealth Games A qualifier of 3:36.79. The race was won by sensational Ryan Gregson in 3:35.42 which is a new meet record.

Yarra Bay Fun Run 2010, Sunday 28th February

The Second Yarra Bay Fun Run and Walk will be on Sunday 28th February 2010. I hope you will take this opportunity to bring your family to participate in a fun, friendly atmosphere and raise money for the Deb Bailey Foundation which helps increase awareness and research into the debilitating Motor Neurone Disease.

Interview with Rachel Hardy
Rachel Hardy is an outstanding young athlete. She specializes in err... everything, she is heptathlete, actually the best in Australia for her age group. She won national U18 heptathlon this year and last year she won same competition in U17 age group.

Rachel Hardy Won Australian U18 Heptathlon, Hobart, 13 & 14 Feb 2010
After winning national U17 heptathlon last year, Rachel Hardy came back to win U18s event this year. The national multievent championships were held in Hobart last weekend.
