    Long Time Member Selma Kajan Finally Realizes Her Olympic Dream


    Beating the qualification deadline by a few days, Selma Kajan has qualified for the Rio Olympics in the 800m, running her first lap in a fraction under 59secs, and hitting the tape in 2:01.27 (race can be viewed here)!

    NSW Road Relays 2016 - Report

    Was it going to be 11th title in a row for our Open Men team. That was a question that everyone was asking. In the end Jeff, Courtney, Ben and Zac convincingly delivered uninterrupted winning streak. The weather conditions were perfect, right temperature and no wind.

    NSW Road Relays 2016

    State Road Relays are to be held at Ourimbah, The University of Newcastle Central Coast Campus on Saturday 16th July. Our club will participate at this competition. Road Relays is fun event that caters for all age groups with teams comprising of 4 runners competing over distances of 4 x 2km, 4 x 3km and 4 x 4km.

    NSW CC Relays - Report

     

    There was something strange about NSW Cross Country Relays this year - there was no mud on the course. The weather was "four seasons in one day" starting cloudy and dry at mid morning, followed by rain and cold, then clear and sunny. Despite having number of elite athletes overseas, RBH had some great runs on the day, including comeback run by Lauren McKillop. Our medal tally on the day was 1 gold and 2 bronze medal.
