    The IAAF is deeply saddened to hear that Polish athletics coach Wieslaw Czapiewski died on Saturday at the age of 59.

    Ethiopia’s Degitu Azmeraw smashed the women’s course record at the TCS Amsterdam Marathon with 2:19:26, the second-fastest debut in history for the distance, while Kenya’s Vincent Kipchumba won a close men’s contest in 2:05:09 at the IAAF Gold Label road race on Sunday (20).

    State Relays 2015

    State Relays this year will be held at Blacktown International Sportpark at Rooty Hill on 14th and 15th November. Our club participate every year in this significant competition which is expected to attract more than 700 teams. Please note that club will pay entry fee for every team and all you have to do is show up in your club uniform with your reggo bib and compete well.

    We entered our teams on Friday 6th November and list below are our final teams.
    Please try to be at Blacktown track at least 70 min before race because we have to submit final team (in running order) 1 hour before race.
