    Olga Rypakova drew on her years of experience to capture a career fifth Asian Indoor and Martial Arts gold medal in the triple jump in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, on Tuesday (19).

    NSW Road Relays

     

    Road Relays are going to be held on 15th July. Our club will participate at this important competition.
    Our Open Men team will try to win 12th consecutive title.
    It is really fun event to run in the team of four.
    If we can find you a spot in the team you can still run as an individual runner.

    NSW Road Relays will be held at University of Newcastle Central Coast Campus.
