    Twanisha Terry produced one of the fastest 100m performances in history by an U20 athlete with her 10.99 victory on the final day of the Mt SAC Relays on Saturday (21).

    Eliud Kipchoge continues to defy the notion that runners only have a finite number of good marathons in their legs as he extended his record at the distance to 10 wins from 11 starts at the Virgin Money London Marathon, an IAAF Gold Label road race, on Sunday (22).
  • Kiprop retains title and Bounasser takes surprise victory in heat of Vienna
    Nancy Kiprop successfully defended her Vienna City Marathon, setting a personal best of 2:24:18 at the IAAF Gold Label road race on Sunday (22).
  • Kipketer breaks course record in Madrid
    Valentine Kipketer Jepkorir and Eliud Kiplagat Barngetuny secured a Kenyan double at the 41st Rock ’n’ Roll Madrid Marathon, crossing the line of the IAAF Gold Label road race in 2:30:40 and 2:10:15 respectively on Sunday (22).
  • Course records fall at Kyiv Half Marathon
    Ethiopia’s Lencho Tesfaye Anbesa won the Nova Poshta Kyiv Half Marathon with a course record for the second year in a row, this time clocking 1:02:56 at the IAAF Bronze Label road race on Sunday (22).

    NSW Road Relays

     

    Road Relays are going to be held on 15th July. Our club will participate at this important competition.
    Our Open Men team will try to win 12th consecutive title.
    It is really fun event to run in the team of four.
    If we can find you a spot in the team you can still run as an individual runner.

    NSW Road Relays will be held at University of Newcastle Central Coast Campus.

    The timetable is as follow:
