    In-form South African middle-distance runner Caster Semenya shattered her 1500m personal best to take gold at the African Championships in Durban on Friday (24).

    Ivorian speedsters dominated the sprint finals, and East African athletes swept the podium in the women’s 5000m, but South African athletes raked in 10 medals to open a gap at the top of the medals table at the African Championships in Durban on Thursday (23).
  • Ennis-Hill set for Rio warm-up in Ratingen
    With Olympic selection deadlines fast approaching, the Stadtwerke Ratingen Mehrkampf-Meeting, an IAAF Combined Events Challenge meeting, on 25-26 June is set to be the last chance for some of the biggest names in combined events to book their tickets to the Rio Olympic Games.
