    NSW Road Relays, Wollongong, 10th July

    It is that time of the year again, NSW Road Relays are to be held next Saturday in Wollongong. This is a good opportunity to run fast 4k on the road.

    The NSW Road Relays will take place at Wollongong, along the Wollongong City Beach foreshore to Wollongong Entertainment Centre.

    Noon   - Male U12, U14, Female U12, U14   - 4 x 2km
    12:40pm   - Male U16, U18, U20, Female U16, U18, U20   - 4 x 3km
    1:35pm   - Male 55+, 65+, Female Open, 35+, 45+, 55+, 65+   - 4 x 4km
    3:00pm   - Male Open, 35+, 45+   - 4 x 4km

    Course Map and Flyer - 4km (2 laps of 2km course), 3km (2 laps of 1.5k)

    EVENT INFORMATION:
    Athletes competing as individuals must run the first leg of the race.  The course is mostly flat. The start/finish area is near the lighthouse.
